Client Support

If you are client with a service agreement, or have enquired regarding support, and are looking for ongoing support, please use the following channels below. Web submissions are preferable and recommended so we receive and log the request most efficiently.

If you suffer an outage or don’t have access to a device connected to the internet to submit a support request, you can now text as well as call using the text number below. Please specify your name and company in the text message for us to assign and deal with the request efficiently.

Please refrain from calling our office or staff directly without logging a support request first. It is very busy and it is important we receive an official request so we can identify, prioritise, and deal with your request efficiency.

We’ll aim to respond to you as soon as possible. Requests are prioritised according to the severity and urgency.
